Actually thought about getting a Hawaiian pizza tonight, but NY strips were on sale so got one and roasted some brussels

I made pasta with pesto and ground Impossible beef. It is really good.

I considered adding a little chili onion crunch but then remembered it’s not good and doug owes me $4.

corn on the cob, baked potato and sliced tomatoes..we're going meat free 6 days a week for awhile..
