What if episode 6 ends with Obi Wan suddenly jolting awake in Tatooine and saying "it was all a dream... a Force dream"

I think that’s the only sensible way to go, at this point.

Think this is the best new series I’ve seen in quite a while, far better than any of the Marvel shows. A good final episode is always important though.

And you can’t have too much Vader.

I give it a solid B- with room for a B depending on how Wed goes.

I think it's "good," not "excellent," but better than "average" shows.

Are we talking average for a "prestige" show because there's a lot of shitty streaming stuff out there.

Yeah, more like average for a "top tier" type show. They are given great characters and content to play with so it's built in that a lot will like it for that on its own.
I think the movie would be a better idea but understand why they reverted by to TV.

Or Anakin awaking next to Padme saying that.

*that* was the most powerful scenes in all Star Wars. That’s what we needed to see. Not gonna lie I full on bawled. It finished up so much between them once and for all.(you’ll know what I mean) But it’s earned.
And to hear Anakin / Hayden and the way they did it. Just perfect

I’m over the moon with that. But all 5 lead to this and the finale really earned it I think.
Sooooo good.

Won’t spoil until you guys have all seen it.

I got emotional for the first time ever at anything Star Wars

Opinions will be divided imho but I absolutely loved it.

A brilliant finale the only thing missing was an end credit scene.

Up with Mando season 2 finale.

Deborah Chow I had my doubts but that was quite the ride.

It wasn’t prefect but it was everything I wanted to see re: Anakin/Vader and Obi Wan.

As for the finale.
Spoiler: show
The Vader Vs Obi Wan fight scene was spectacular
The Vader mask scene was breathtaking “you didn’t kill Anakin I did” line killed me. After I’d held it thru Obi Wan apologising for everything.
Obi Wan describing Leias traits via Padme/Anakin was exceptional
Obi Wan meeting Luke was emotional. The best “hello there” ever.
Qui-Gon guiding Obi-Wan on the rest of his journey was the cherry on top

That was fun. Second half kind of dropped off after that climax. I do think the whole inquisitor/Reva storyline kind of fizzled out.

I loved the vast yet dark setting for Vader-Kenobi. Reminded me of scenes like Ahsoka-Vader in Clone Wars and Kenobi-Maul in Rebels.

Not enough to have them kicking the snot out of each other, once obiwan bests him and the helmet is fucked, it’s just so good. Emotional wreck for that whole scene but thir conversation in particular.
Anakin looked amazing too. They nailed the look 100%.

Seeing obi wan get so emotional about it too was amazing. Anakin kinda absolves him. You didn’t kill Anakin Skywalker. I did.

Just floods

Obi-Wan could’ve taken care of it all right there but he didn’t. At first I thought it was because he saw part of Anakins’s face and couldn’t bring himself to kill his friend. But then when he told the third sister they were both free, I realized that wasn’t it. With Vader saying he, himself, killed Anakin, Obi-Wan finally let go of the guilt of having failed his friend. So there really wasn’t anything to stop him from killing Vader at that point. And with Vader taking the blame away from Ohi-Wan, doesn’t that shift the hatred and motivation away from his hatred of Obi-Wan? It was almost like he was doing his old Master a favor while telling him “fuck you! I did this on my own! I didn’t need you!”

Motivationally, it was kind of a confusing scene. But it was badass as fucking hell. The whole battle and the mask and Obi-Wan’s kickassness and Vader’s kickassness and Obi-Wan’s catharsis. Fuck yeah.
