Honestly, I would rather lose to the Yankees than the Dodgers. I want 2 out of 3 so bad in this series it's not even funny.

Yeah, I probably hate the Dodgers more than any other team right now.

I'm surprised Carl didn't break something with all his swinging and running and sliding last night.

What a gamer.

Carl Crawford become more hateable every time he opens his mouth.

Seriously, he thinks it was bad here? He has no fucking idea how bad things could have gotten for him here, he wasnt even getting booed.

I love how they are talking like Crawford is playing great now, just because he isnt as bad as he was in Boston. He's making 20+ million to basically give you what Nava is.

At least Gonzalez is consistent, meaning he's putting up the same numbers in LA, as he did in Boston for two years. If it wasn't for him, Sox wouldn't have been able to unload Beckett, Crawford in the deal.

Now to Crawford.... clearly he couldn't play in Boston. Too much pressure for him. Sign of a weak mind. No mental toughness and too sensitive.

I didn't really have that much of an issue with Crawford when he was here, he was always hurt so we never really got to see him settle in. His comments this year have been mystifying, though. Gonzalez puts up those numbers, but he is nowhere to be found when the shit hits the fan and he was a terrible clubhouse presence. I was happy to see them unload him and don't view it as a necessarily evil needed to unload Crawford and Beckett.

Clay starts tonight in Lowell. At least we'll have some evidence to his health, effectiveness.

if he can return to the bigs and give decent innings, i'll change my opinion of what i expect the rest of this season to look like.
