Listened a few more times this weekend, and whoever mentioned WWS and Getaway, I can totally see, er hear that. I'm not a fan of either of those songs, and I think I like this new one more than those two. The chorus reminds me a little of later day Kinks (circa '77 - '82).

I hear more QOTSA than Soundgarden in this.

It's not really Soundgarden I'm hearing... it's more CC himself. And probably not the Audioslave or Soundgarden CC... it's really his solo stuff.

You can change it if you want, but it still says "annual single" in my Ten Club page, so I fully expect them to add a second song and send this out. Maybe in January 2019.

If it were a single-single they'd put it up on Youtube or make it available for streaming on the different platforms. Unless that happens at some point soon, I think it's just a Fan Club single (which they may be using as a promotional tool for said Fan Club)

If it is the holiday single, it is (so far) the only one with just a single track and no vinyl.
