After two years away from Beth Dutton, her over the topness is jarring.

You can tell how compressed the ending has become by the weirdo editing. Latest ep had a disjointed time jump.

They should be finished with those. The flashbacks have caught up with the “present.”

Don’t see how they’re gonna get out of this current predicament. It seems like Costner leaving kinda forced them in this direction.

They’re going to find a way to give the ranch to the Native Americans and Kayce’s half NA kid’ll run it.

Beth and Rip end up in the Italian countryside where they can pretend it’s still the 1800s.

If they go for a happy ending.

They keep advertising the finale next week as the season finale, not the series finale. Is there something we don’t know?

As far as Casey’s scheme, the taxes they owe are property taxes, right? Not sales tax?

1923 back today. Not a lot happening in this first episode. Pretty much a “get caught up with everybody” episode.

Alexandra of Sussex is a nearly intolerable character.

There’s gonna have to be a lot happening in the last couple of episodes for there not to be a third season.

All the people I know who have recommended this show to me have tastes that generally don’t overlap with mine. Is there anyone out there who likes The Larry Sanders Show and The Prisoner who can recommend this show to me? Sorry—snobby post, I know.

I’ve never seen the Prisoner, but I love the Larry Sanders Show. Yellowstone is good.

I guess sleeping on the floorboard saved her? That didn’t make much sense to us. Other than that, a very strong episode. As soon as Jack rode off we knew what would happen next. If next episode is the last of the series, I really hope they show how Teonna ties in with Yellowstone.

Shit. I just realized she has the same last name as Thomas on Yellowstone.

Welp. So looks like John Dutton has a what, uncle and cousin out there somewhere with a claim to the Yellowstone.
