They are being pressed by UMG again so maybe. I think it says they ship in early December so they should arrive in February. Stoked that I got one.

They can't run a fucking business.

Amazon is a shitstorm. I doubt that's the 10C's fault, no one knows what Amazon is doing from one moment to the next.

Jesus, this is not even trying. Good customer service would involve them proving facts, not assumptions. If they don't know the answer, they need to find out first, and then send the details. It's just a cop put answer, from an absolutely lazy fuck.

Even if they are copping a lot of enquiries, and they are getting sick of replying to these, it doesn't hurt to have a pre-written response with all the answers that they can copy and paste into the reply. Something like:

I'm sorry you've experienced an issue with the Amazon service. A mistake occurred because (whoever) fucked up. As the product is no longer available, you can get a refund from (whoever). Unfortunately we cannot supply any more of this product.

(Whoever) is reviewing their sale policies and processes to prevent the issue from occurring again. I apologise for the inconvenience, but I'm hope you're happier now that I spent more than 3 seconds on writing a response, and actually put a little thought into my reply.
