Kind of shitty IMO to hold the presale for a tour so close to the two show dates they're playing this summer since most of us have to travel for them.

10/26 at wells fargo center rumor is bullshit, there is another event there that day.

If July 8th is true for fan club presale, I'd assume we'd hear something this week before the holiday on the 4th. I'm a bit surprised 10c would do an on sale before Wrigley.

I guess they'll announce the east coast run in Oct first since the west coast rumors are pretty quiet (other then Dallas 11/15 and Seattle 12/6 and 12/7).

Given their new system, wouldn't they announce the pre-sale at the same moment the lottery system opens. Then it would stay open for X number of days.

Wrigley was announced January 23 and the lotto system was open from January 23 - 30. I'm not expencting a pre-announcement.

The new system is so painless. I love it. I don't have to take a day off of work to hit refresh for 2 hours.

Although I like the convenience of the new system, I felt like I had more control over my own destiny with F5. It'll be interesting to see if they make us rank the priorities of shows we want to attend, especially in the cities with two shows.

Personally, I've sold 10c tickets at about half of the 35+ shows I've been to in favor of ticketmaster ticket drops the day of the show.

Since East Coast October shows will be indoors, I'm hoping we can choose Floor v. Wing. I always loved good 10C wing seats.

I've never enjoyed good 10C seats.

Not that i would be going to that show, but fuck general admission for pearl jam shows, i gave that a shot in Ireland and hated it, so from now on i want my seat

You know, I am feeling mixed about the tour. I am excited to finally have the possibility of going to a show in Boston and doing one last week of shows with the band. BUT I am sad that the lotto is going to radically change the experience for me. I haven't ended up with a non-10c ticket since 9/11/98, but competition will be so fierce and frustrating (especially if east and west coast shows are separate announcements), that amazing journey with the band is over. Yes, I will be happy to be in the building, but the rafters with a bunch of people half paying attention aren't the same as the 10c section.
