The one-two punch of "Genesis" and "Oblivion" on Visions by Grimes is about as good as anything I've heard on any album ever. Devastating, haunting, and ethereally gorgeous.

Grimes was so awesome during that time. I'm kind of weary of what fame will do to her, though. She was just a goth/industrial geek who didn't seem ready for worldwide stardom.

I find the exaggerated hatred of Nickelback really weird.
Pretty much my entire knowledge of the band is through people LOUDLY PROCLAIMING HOW BAD THEY ARE.

What's amusing to me is that the people who most passionately and vocally hate them are usually people who like stuff that, in the grand scheme of things, isn't all the different from them (Foo Fighters, Pearl Jam, etc.)
