I love the big oven app. So great for ideas n recipes. Epicurious is good too.

I’ve recently discovered Gordon Ramsay’s technique for scrambled eggs. Really good.

Someone I follow on instagram is giving away duck eggs as long as you can supply an additional carton for her. We made some sweet potato hash with some today. What a treat.
Reminds me of some hilarious times working in restaurants when the kitchen would get so mad when servers would upsell duck eggs but specify that their table wanted them scrambled...
