If you really want to see it, you should absolutely go to the theater; I can't imagine how WB doesn't have a team of artists working to fix it for home video release. It looks REALLY bad.

Then again the Steppenwolf CGI also looks terrible. They should stop doing faces in CGI for live action movies. The technology just isn't there yet.

It looks like he got stung by a bee that happens to be a superpowered bee with the power to make upper lips not only swollen but also blurry and weird looking
