or you could just use sheets.

Another thing I thought of that could be cool using sheets is just simply make a sheet for each team you face, that only adds the games against that team, so i could really easily make a new sheet for "VS BOS" that would require no data entry, just formulas for which games its adding.

Using sheets really doesn't change how any of that is done, just where the results are placed.

You're so cute.
I know on mine Sheet 1 is the first 30 games, and the cumulative for that half.
Sheet 2 is the 2nd 30 and the cumulative for that half.
and sheet 3 is season totals.
Sheet 4 is postseason.

What do you think about my idea for vs. particular squads? It seems like it might have some benefit. Im not sure though. Maybe I should ask my fellow #TeamSheet member Phil.

Yeah but with one main sheet I just have the total cumulatives first, then another section that only uses the first 30 games, and another one below that that uses the second 30 games. We're simply arguing aesthetics here, there really isn't a practical advantage of one way vs the other.

I'm not completely averse to sheets, I put my postseason stats in a separate sheet.

If I were to do opponent stats I'd put them each on sheets. I'm just not sure how valuable that information is when you only face each opponent 4 times per season.

Im not looking so much for value as "as easy thing that looks cool"

Either way this is something that would have to be done individually and not in a template because it would be different for each team. Unless we knew that the first and second half schedules were identical like this time around and had each sheet be something like "vs op A" "vs op B" etc.

I really, really wish there was an easy way to give totals vs RHP and LHP.

Which I imagine would be the case.

We can tailor the next season around what works best for the spreadsheets.
