I think one of my colleagues threw up in his mouth a little today. Earlier in the morning, he had said that he was feeling on the verge of a panic attack. I openly cried today at work (I know, I know, no surprise there) while talking to a customer. It was really sweet and moving (nothing to do with politics), but I know the only reason I reacted the way I did was because the nerves are frayed and emotions are on the surface.
