I am reading George RR Martin’s Fire and Blood, which tells the history of Targaerian rule from Aegon’s Conquest through the aftermath of the Dance of the Dragons, basically a long civil war between two factions of Targaryens fighting over the proper succession rights about 170 years before the start of Game of Thrones. It’s pretty good though not nearly as good as the Song of Ice and Fire books.

That one is on my hit list. Thanks for the review. I think I might reread Good Omens by Terry Pratchett and Neil Gaiman. I'm pretty excited to see the tv series.

Okay got my kindle and have the Kindle Unlimited....
Now, so far a lot of the books I want to read are on that....
But....any suggestions for some summer reading, friends?
