Heck yeah. My wife's cousin has worked for the team since the very early days. Happy for him and their staff/players. Been a long time coming.

Cool! I don’t know much about soccer but that was fun to watch.

Palace winning 2-1 and 1-5 has been wonderful for my mood these past two weeks.

I can't believe I'm in a situation where I'm rooting for Arsenal to win the league, but I would rather it be literally anyone but Manchester City.

I don't like what unlimited oil money has done to football and they're kind of the poster boys of that (along with PSG)

I also have never liked Pep. I'm a Mourinho guy. I thought tiki taka was boring and I hated the way people treated Barcelona like their shit didn't stink, despite them being a very dirty team back then.

He is also responsible (imo) for the incredibly boring Spain team that won a bunch of trophies.

yeah, the oil money has fucked up european soccer in a big time way. I dont think the City is the only one tough.

I do like Guardiola, but im not a fanatic. But i see this team is very strong this year. I can see them finally getting the Champions.

Yes, City were amazing this season and it only took 115 violations of financial fair play and £2bn spent on players! Bargain!!

A lot of the transfers this summer break are dependent on the Man Utd sale. That goes through and suddenly Man Utd could afford Mbappe or Neymar or Kane. That will force other clubs to splash. Fascinating stuff.

A bit worried that Palace have made only one signing.
