Wasn’t it confirmed in the Vader run?

Several good things that have not yet been mentioned, or if it has been, it's all packaged in a compact video.
Everything's perfectly all right now. We're fine. We're all fine here, now, thank you. How are you?

Not really. It's still open to interpretation in the Vader run. Again, I think it's pretty clear but there are plenty of fans that resist it. Since the scene that address it is a Force Vision, it's still kind of up in the air.dimejinky99 wrote:Wasn’t it confirmed in the Vader run?

It would be really cool if this movie tells about it too.

Re: Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
Totems seem like they'll be meaningful in this movie, even if only thematically rather than practically. Rey has a totem from Han (the blaster) and Luke (the saber) already in the trailer. What totem will Leia give her? The medal from A New Hope that is shown in the trailer?
This idea seems to tie into so many canon from the books/comics/games/etc. As has been mentioned already we know the Sith are able to haunt items. How much will totems/items be McGuffins in the film and how much will they be important and integral parts of the plot?

Re: Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
Hopefully not too many and those that are are done tastefully.
Not to bang my drum but as soon as JJ was announced I said he’d go back to the whole parents thing and give her some sort of answer.
Now we know that is actually happening I kinda hope it’s not what I initially wanted with a possible teary reunion with them. But maybe with one of them, as above done tastefully and carefully.
I have a feeling it’s gonna be the big emotional payoff at the heart of the film while not it’s main story point.
Remember all the theorising about her being left on jakku, near the falcon, under the guy who owns it, with the church of the force nearby possibly watching over her?
This could all be back in play. But so are a million different theories I guess.

The trailer looks kinda cool, hopefully this will tie everything together while giving us something new but familiar.

Re: Star Wars: Episode IX: The Rise of Skywalker (2019)
My theory? Anakin, or the collective Skywalkers will rise. Still thinking this title is about Anakin though.
He's the only Skywalker worthy of having a movie named after him, given that this entire 9 movie story is essentially his.
It also allows him to fulfill the prophecy, and is just a nice play on the "Lord Vader....... Riiiiiiiiise" in Ep3.
I'm sticking with this one.
I think it will take all of the Skywalkers (including Ben) to take down Palps, or whoever the main baddy.

Might as well get everyone in there.
"Everybody was force ghost fightin!"
Rey and Kylo face off as Palpatine watches. Then Luke appears. Then Anakin. THey all fight
Then Obi-Wan appears. "Hello there." He jumps in
Then Qui-Gon appears. "What for me my padawan!"
Then Yoda shows up. "Cowabunga!"
Then Maul and Dooku, and Grievous (why not)

I just imagine a bunch of ghosts jumping around attacking each other, but not really doing any damage or harm since they are ghosts.Anders wrote:Force Ghosts fighting? Please no.
And Rey and Kylo just stop and stare at them for awhile.
