He was one of two things I liked about that episode. I'd love to see him back on the show more. Cobb Vanth is a great character and Olyphant is perfectly cast to play him.

You had a few things on Ruddo. In all fairness. You were busy.

i would say both the Ashoka ep and the Luke ep are the best, not only on this show, but perhaps since TFA was released.

I dig the prequels, too. And Rebels. And Clone Wars.

The entire OT and entire ST and most of the PT and The Clone Wars and 3 seasons of Rebels are all better than both seasons of The Mandalorian.

I agree that the prequels are great. I said this are the best thing since TFA. And im being super good with TFA, mostly because i like that movie for what it meant, not that much its value as a movie.

But i wish the ST had the impact of those two eps. I wish i could care so much about what happened to those characters as i was involved with Grogu and Mando. The scene with Mando saying goodbye? The scene with Ashoka and Grogu? The framing and mood of the fight between Ashoka and that lady?

Well then you're in luck because the ST had a tremendous impact on me. I think they are phenomenal movies. I think they are far away better than the Mandalorian. So, your wish can't true!

Yeah, i know you are a big fan of the ST. Im so heart broken by those movies. Im expecting to see them again with my TCR, but the pace, storytelling, framing and storytelling of those two eps of the mando are so superior in my mind. Nothing like the mess of TROS, the gaps and similar story of ANH of TFA and the bad comedy and overall shrugging of a lot of characters of TLJ.

Mando feels super cohesive. They really work for a very smart, heartful show.

You used to think Mando was filler and disjointed. I don't remember you talking about it being cohesive or smart until now.
