It looks like early reactions are incredibly positive. I just read a spoiler-free article from someone who saw 28 minutes of footage last week, and they praised the film for achieving a very similar asthetic to the original trilogy. Visually, it seems this may feel more in line with the original trilogy than The Force Awakens.

I'm seeing it on Thursday, and I can't wait. Kinda wish I was going to a midnight showing on Wednesday.

So not really a spoiler, it's about the pg13 rating if any of you are taking kids:

apparently one of the Vader scenes pretty intense and brutal and was a big reason for the pg13 rating
