Cabs are dying. Mostly from a combination of ride shares (Uber, Lyft, etc) and COVID-19.

The pandemic destroyed demand. Now that the demand is back up, there's no cabs and ride shares are booming. And they're priced to take advantage, too. Shit is so expensive.

The subway is back to normal now, though.
Aren’t the subways Elsa flooded?

Some I guess. The internet tells me they are but I haven't seen any of that myself. But I have nowhere to be ever so it's not like I'm riding the rails on the reg.
