Schools are mostly county and state money, but we do pay a bit into them so we don't have to have a county school system. I guess that's in general fund?

Your local school district may get the tax dollars directly, which would be why it wouldn’t show up on that chart

Ah the English.
They’re throwing Nazi salutes at the cenotaph (phallic war memorial in London where they claim they won World War Two singlehanded) and rioting at Churchill’s monument. In response to black lives matter.
They are waving Nazi flags and throwing Nazi salutes. The same country that insists they single handedly defeated Hitler.
It’s tragic and hilarious.

Activists have been perfectly clear on this for years. No cops, no jails, separate court system. People have been too busy projecting a non-existent nuance onto the argument to actually pay attention.
