CD on my home system kicks this album up another level. Every one of these songs is distinctive and creative and frankly, fun to sing. Today, I am loving Lightning Bolt. Well ... except for Swallowed Whole. That's still pretty forgettable IMHO.

Still in a pretty intense dialogue with Infallible today, and I'm realizing that, for me, it doesn't fully earn itself until the outro. It's good all the way through, and it's always going where it's going, but until I see our destination there's always a sliver of doubt. It does get there, though.

Those of you who got your copy of LB today, when did you get a shipping e-mail notification from 10c? I just got an e-mail from them about a half hour ago, so I'm trying to calculate their lag time, whether it be arriving tomorrow, Monday or, even worse... Tuesday.
