My bet is Loras will be forced to fight the Mountain. Loras pretty much got his ass kicked by the Mountain in season 1 (I think), until the Hound intervened.

This sets up more friction between the Lannisters and the Tyrells, and Margery and Tommen.

If we've had a clue that the Hound were alive, I'd see him popping up, but for now, the Broken Man is Loras.

This would actually be really cool, as it would immediately melt the detente between Cersei and Olenna. Loras can't be "forced" to fight in a trial by combat, but the High Sparrow could offer it as a path to atonement, which he just might take.
