I don't think ham is "terrible", but I'm not a ham enthusiast either. It serves its purpose, but it's pretty boring.

That said, I have never had grilled ham, or those honey-baked hams that Americans go crazy over.

I still don't like it.

While we're at it, fuck most forms of pork.

I've had ham:
Honeyed
Grilled
Sandwiched
Baked
Fried
Pickled

And I don't like any of them.

The thing is...I keep trying to like it. I see people smiling, and laughing with a satisfied ham face. Maybe one day it will click.

Slow down there whitey. I can get behind your statements regarding ham. It is just a boring meat, and perhaps its biggest problem is that it doesn't lend itself well to condiments and dressings the way that a turkey, or roast beef does. Turkey is boring, but you can dress it up.


But this "fuck most forms of pork" is where you lose me, unless you mean it quite literally. One of the greatest trends in america the last 5 years has been the acceptance of pulled pork. Pork Chops are generally dull, but I've also been known to enjoy a good pork sausage.

Aw man, without a big ol' roast gammon, Christmas in the ABNorman household wouldn't be the same.
