Dwight is trying to get under Andy's skin because he's mad about Andy and Angela being together. Then Angela manipulates Andy into booking Schrute Farms and Dwight pretends to be "buddies" with him in order to win Angela back.

I'm not saying the characters are perfect or anything, but this one is pretty easy to follow.
