I think the door handle just needs to be replaced, but it's impossible to tell really, because I'm not willing to take any unnecessary risks.

after i f'd up painting a room a few weeks ago i have been heavily considering using your newspapers for wallpaper

My lawn needs a complete overhaul and I don't wanna do it. We spend so much time in the back yard that it'd be like closing down the park for the summer. Maybe in the fall.
