Do you think wease would yell at him for wanting to read his offer letter before accepting?
Burt would show up with his own offer letter.

feedback from a fellow employee
Question
Please describe at least two of my strengths and your ideas for how I can apply them to add greater value.
Feedback
Jerry is an incredible team player. Whenever my team needs to crowdsource help for questions or supplies for our office, Jerry is one of the first if not the first to respond. Jerry shares a great drive for results. When he is tasked with an ask, he will ask his resources how they would handle the situation to get multiple inputs and does not stop until he finds the solution. This is an invaluable quality as an IT technician and I believe that Jerry is a great team member to have in Local IT.
Question
Please describe at least one area for development for me to develop or stretch performance to the next level.
Feedback
I think Jerry can work on communication. This is a skill I've seen Jerry improve in the last few months as more requests come in that involve other offices but since he supports an office that hosts an ABM where many users are also hosted out of other offices, there is a lot of intricate details that surround which office is supporting different requests. This is becoming more of a proactive detail versus reactive and it has had tremendous positive benefits to my team.

Respect, peeps. Not a lot of people taking pride and fulfillment in their work anymore. I like to see it.

I would not Bart. People tend to like I treat every issue the same regardless of a job title next to their name

That’s good Peeps. I once had a guy in an interview start his opening pitch with “I’m widely known as a change agent.”
