For sure. Maybe the AFC West too. The Raiders are probably still at the bottom but their defense should be better under Carroll. If KC is ever gonna have a down year with Reid/Mahomes, this could be it. 4 great coaches in the division.

they may just feel sanders needs more practice reps before putting him out there in like week 3 or 4.
