There's still quite a few songs I'm surprised haven't been picked yet

Fuck Wild Flowers was snagged, that was going to be my last pick! I had to give Winding Sheet some love. Shit, nice pick dude.

As soon as zeb posts, I'm gonna post a fake extra team made up of unused songs that's just as good as any of our teams. This guy's catalogue is not just deep, it's so consistent.

Ghosts of you and me, unbalanced pieces, mud pink skag, sideways in reverse, strange religion, revolver, and deus Ibi est were all on my list
But the top of my almost drafted list was man in the long black coat. I wish I took that instead of sweet oblivion

I really should have used Shooting Gallery. Was torn about using the newer Red Balloon cover too (which is fucking excellent) but didn't think it would be good to have two Tim Hardin covers all on one list. Was also shocked that no one took Shadows Fall plus a wealth of Winding Sheet material....

I think winding sheet is noticeably inferior to the rest of the catalog, excepting undertow, maybe

Totally disagree, it's definitely the black sheep of the family but one with personality nonetheless.

I didn't say it sucked. Just that the others are significantly better. Maybe not imitations.

Agreed. If the Trees were kindergarten, then the Winding Sheet was primary/elementary school.

Dust and sweet oblivion can hold their own against most of his solo work, I think.

I think the following team would be competitive in this tournament:
Driving Death Valley Blues
Last One in the World
Day and Night
Strange Religion
Head
Phantasmagoria Blues
All Misery/Flowers
Spanish Doors
Come to Me
Driver

particularly dust. sweet oblivion was an easier entry point to the trees for me but its not as good overall, i don't think.
