I honestly can't wait to watch this. I've had a copy of this sitting at home for the past few days, but haven't been home in the evenings to watch itridleybradout wrote:This was probably my favourite part of the whole thing.durdencommatyler wrote:It distracts from Kurt's amazing Chris Cornell impression, that's why.
OUTSHINED! OUTSHINED! OUTSHINED!
Either that or when Dave 'Nicest guy in rock' Grohl told Courtney that her hair is "nicer when it's straight because it doesn't make your face look so round" and she lost it.
I laughed for days. Seriously, I can't tell you how happy that scene made me.ridleybradout wrote:This was probably my favourite part of the whole thing.durdencommatyler wrote:It distracts from Kurt's amazing Chris Cornell impression, that's why.

Yes!Lament wrote:Eric Erlandson dated Drew Barrymore in the mid-90s. As far as I'm concerned, that makes him forever a king among men.
I haven't heard too much about it spark, I've been pretty cut off from my preferred kind of music this last year (although this is old music obviously) but in general the majority of what I've been around is crappy bubblegum type stuff due to my living environment (that's changing shortly). what are your thoughts on this though?spike wrote:has mary malice seen and shared her thoughts on the new doc yet? i'd like to hear (read) them.
it's a doc about cobain, babe. it makes sense that grohl isn't involved, as he wasn't as close to the subject as krist, etc. still, i think it's the kinda film that you'll really dig, i did.malice wrote:I haven't heard too much about it spark, I've been pretty cut off from my preferred kind of music this last year (although this is old music obviously) but in general the majority of what I've been around is crappy bubblegum type stuff due to my living environment (that's changing shortly). what are your thoughts on this though?spike wrote:has mary malice seen and shared her thoughts on the new doc yet? i'd like to hear (read) them.
I will say, regardless, if that junkie widow of Cobain's had any input, it's likely shit. Also didn't I read some post that Dave grohl was cut out completely? that's retarded, srsly. It's a doc about Nirvana, grohl was a better contributor to that band than Kurt was at times, and and definitely better in that band than the foos.
