Yeah, it's tough to come up with a better troika than Chris Rock, Jason Schwartzman, and Timothy Olyphant.

I had no idea Season 4 was coming out later this month. That cast looks great too.

Seasons ranked:
2
1
3

Season 2 was the clear stand-out so far.

I have a visceral reaction to advertising and promotion. There's just something about salesmanship that grates on me on a very base level and I react very negatively towards it. 3 and 1 were pretty close for me...3 was probably more intriguing in a way, and 1 seemed to be spinning it's wheels in the last few episodes...but at the end of the day i lean slightly 1

I'm almost at the end of season 1 and loving it so far - are the other seasons this good?

Season 2 is one of the best of any series I've ever watched.

Season 4 has started and I really enjoyed the first two hours. Also, holy cow this song in the second episode is so cool and was used so well

Did anyone else notice the creepy figure in the middle of the road right at the end of episode 1? What was that about?

I'm really inclined to start this even though I never finished Season 3. I know they're all linked together, but would I really miss anything if I didn't finish 3?

No. 1&2 are the most closely related, but not even those two depend on the other. All the seasons take place in the same universe, but they tell different stories and don't depend on each other. Go ahead and watch four with us and catch up on 3 later, I think that's fine. 3 is worth looking at eventually, though, if you like the show generally

damn, that's a good call. I watched the first episode, and about a third of episode two. Love the casting for this so far, and we've yet to see Timothy Olyphant.

The wife wanted to watch the series, so we're catching up from the beginning. She loved S1 & S2. We're three episodes into S3 and I can tell she's not feeling it as much. Thinking about just starting S4 and picking up S3 later or concurrently when we don't have new S4 eps.
