The Hop Along record is slowly becoming one of my favorites of the year. I urge everyone who likes energetic female fronted punk/indie rock to listen to this.

A little late responding, but this is slowly becoming a favorite of mine too. At first the songwriting feels a little undercooked, but one by one the songs work their hooks in. One of those albums that's great to just crank up and revel in its destruction of your ears and speakers.

It is, and the Deezer and NPR sessions are also amazing, and all MUCH MUCH better than the album. The drums in these videos are essential and amazing, but are completely neutered on the album. It kills me.
