would be hilarious if they have it all worked out then Tampa drafts Mariota instead of Winston.

This would be super entertaining:
--Browns trade #19 for Bradford
--Bengals trade #21 for Fletcher Cox
--Eagles trade #19, #20 & #21 to Titans for #2 to get Mariota
--Titans enjoy making three picks in a row in the first round

If they love Mettenberger like most sources imply, it would make so much sense for them to load up on 1st round talent

Shefter says lots of teams will be trying hard to get to #2 today, But only mentioned Philly which makes me think they will be trying the hardest to get there, and if they get there before the draft then Tampa HAS to take advantage of them, the ONLY reason they will be at #2 will be for Mariota so Tampa needs to get something from them to get them to swap spots and get an extra pick and Jameis.
for that reason though i would be surprised if Philly is the team and it is announced before Tampa picks

Today's the day I can start caring about the draft & all the rumors & speculation that goes with it.

Yup.
If they know something, they have to take advantage. And I hope they stick it to Philly BIG TIME. Though, if they aren't sold on Mariota and Jameis is really their guy it may be moot.

No way Philly makes the trade before the Bucs pick.

This La'el Collins story is really bizarre. It's also making me nervous, because otherwise he's a player I'd love to see on the Broncos.

What time does this start, like, for realsies? I don't need to watch a 3-hour pre-show, I just want to see Goodell get booed.

I'd like the Bears fans that are seeing this live to know that they've got a big responsibility to keep the tradition of booing alive that New Yorkers have built upon for decades. That means not just booing Goodell, but also booing every time the Packers are on the clock (and booing at the Lions/Vikings picks would be a plus), as well as booing the Bears' own picks if they do something stupid.

So basically bring in a PA that streams different "boos" for most of the nite?

Louis Riddick is a name I wasn't expecting. Looks like his last job was with the Eagles' front office...might be entertaining if Chip does something crazy.
