Glad to get more Jessica here. I've seen some of the BTS for season 3 so she'll be back too.
I thought there'd be more to the trial in this ep but maybe that's where things come to a head next week as it's the season finale.

I thought I had posted my guess for this last episode and I am sure some of you saw this a mile away.

- Fisk and his lawyer reveal that Matt is the devil of hells kitchen and the judges are shocked. matt plays along with it but brings in his surprise witness, daredevil himself. he does a few things to prove he is who he says he is and fisk and his lawyer lose their case. the chase fisk out of NYC and we find that bullseye dressed up as DD to help matt. this was hinted at either last episode or the previous when bullseye asks how he can make it up to matt for killing foggy at vanessas order.
it is assumed that the favor was bullseye helping the governor but that was a side quest

- Well that's not how I thought that would end. Letting Fisk walk after he's just killed 20 people in the last 5minutes. Wtf? I thought for sure either Bullseye or Punisher would put a bullet in Fisks' skull right as he agrees to take the deal, while Matt would stand there, probably crying. Punisher would have made sense as his special is up next. The only way this makes sense is that they want to use Kingpin at another point in the future but really, we've had years of him, it's enough.
The court scene was great. I didn't think he'd do the reveal, I thought Fisk would out him.
Nice to see the new White Tiger getting into the mix at the end there. She wasn't fucking around.
BB now at the Bulletin, that was a nice touch.
And a new Muse?
I'm wondering where they go next as we've seen the BTS picture of

Where did you see that? The showrunners have already said the Fisk storyline is done and there are no plans to bring him back.

Where did you see that? The showrunners have already said the Fisk storyline is done and there are no plans to bring him back.
IIRC, it was an interview with D’Onofrio and he mentioned he was in it. Doesn’t mean he’ll be the main villain or anything. Or even how many episodes he’ll be in.
He was also spotted filming scenes for it.

I don't get the need to reveal secret identities of the street level heroes but they have had a solid run of shows so far so I will give the benefit of the doubt.
it seemed like they leaned into kingpin having superhuman strength for a bit then reverted back to just being a strong guy.
i did see where it was reported kingpin would come back but as an uneasy ally
