I didn't ever say it was. My original comment was that it is a song I'm bored with, not a song a have a distaste for or think is a bad song.
I don't think any of those songs are bad, I have actually enjoyed every one of them for many years. They just don't interest me at all anymore.

I think it's the most egregious example of Eddie's "asshole liberal" side. It feels pandering and ignorant to me; it's not there to change minds or give any insight - just to bash people who like guns and point out how dumb they are. I hate shit like that.
But, like I said, the music makes it (mostly) work.
