Yeah. It probably will fade. And who knows if the SIM will give him another DEKE VAN type personality? On the other hand he's already 8 years in. He could probably blast through 32 more years of SIM in a month to get to Ricky Charismas retirement as the greatest college coach of all time.

Rick accomplished the goal way ahead of schedule. He should take that UCLA job, achieve all the various things that the game has in place (major conference, etc.), and win more titles than Wooden.

Ricky still says it’s hard to recruit at a small school. If WIU wins it all again, going undefeated, is the game smart enough to give him more recruiting ability, or is WIU hard coded as a shit program?

He gets those coaching points for achievements but Ricky Charisma has got to be close to maxed out at A+ after 11 seasons.
