When I pull off to the side of the road to let a fire truck or ambulance by, and because they pass the car behind me first, that car then tries to pull right back out into traffic and pass me before I get back in.

Yesterday, I was behind a bus in the right lane. When the [not school] bus stopped, the car behind me and I moved left to pass it, after passing, the car behind me tried to gun it and pass me on the right even after I put my signal on to move back over.
I don't even know why someone would do that. I was clearly moving back to the right lane, and he could have flown down the road in the left lane as fast as he chose.
