My wife has flown down to the South Island with my stepson - he's going to be doing his 2nd year of university down there. Hopefully now the house can get to some state of normality

New assistant DA broad is a real ballbreaker. Always harping about "procedure this!" and "procedure that!". You tell that to the kid I scraped off the sidewalk last night!
Helluva looker though.

Re: Talk about your day thread
I saw a vid of a stork mum yesterday with 3 baby storks in her nest. She had obviously decided she couldn't properly feed and care for all 3 little storks so she picked up the smallest one and just yeeted it out of the nest. Nature is serious goddam business.Jorge wrote:Lots of things happen in nature that I don't wanna look at
Bet the 2 baby storks that were left didn't give no lip for the rest of the day.

This just happened in our laundry. My wife is aghast. The toilet also happened but not as bad. We do have a puddle on the carpet though. Not good, team.

Did that sheila walking past survive that blast of (what appears to be) massive quantities of poo?

Re: Talk about your day thread
Just back from the dentist and had to have a filling repaired. He used so much anesthetic that the left side of my face is fully munted. I feel like I'm drooling constantly. I really want this feeling to go away and to be able to just sit down and enjoy a beer or 8. Is that too much to ask??
