Baking your loaf while you sleep is the kind of efficiency I admire

I've been having odd shits lately. Yesterday it was in the perfect shape of a number "2". I swear to god. It had a long hook with a sharp turn at the bottom to form the number 2. I thought about taking a picture of it because I knew no one would believe me. I should probably see a doctor if this continues.

Happy to report I'm back to shitting #1's. Or lowercase L's, if you will. Although, this morning there were two of them and they formed a "V" in the bowl. So I'm not ruling out the possibility that someone or something is trying to communicate with me.

after an unintentional caffeine OD yday i went cold turkey this morning on coffee

my first poop didnt come out until ~3pm

but it was an OK one ... i made friends with salad yday ... surprised it took so long

but going from two cups in the morning to zero my body was prob like wtf

No coffee this morning. But has to press one out like I was a playdoh factory at the golf course 5 minutes before my tee time. The toilet paper was basically half-ply wax paper. Then had to walk 18 holes.
