the catfish was fantastic as well

not getting it next week, but have it set for delivery the following week

Supercool. Have you done much sous vide? What else is in the bag? Did you sear the leg first?

we've been doing it a bunch after picking up an anova precision cooker. what a cool gadget.

in the bag is just garlic, rosemary, oil, and salt n pepper. seared the leg after and made a sauce using onion and red wine. turned out great.

Tonight is pork chops, sauteed (and washed!) spinach and salad

homemade cannellini bean soup

I just made an order to the place down the road. Got the short rib potato skins and the terriyaki salmon with rice and broccoli.
