But a pardon requires an admission of guilt. And there’s absolutely no way in fucking hell that he’ll ever admit he did anything wrong or illegal.

I don't think that's true.

If you accept a pardon, then logic demands you’re accepting guilt for the crime of which you’ve been found guilty. Otherwise, why would you need to be pardoned?

America in its history has had one presidential candidate who ran his campaign from jail and almost won.

Anyone in the class know who it is?

Can’t put you in prison if you can’t find anyone to represent you.
