yesterday morning my brain felt barren and my endocrine system disabled until about 2pm when i had a corona with some tacos

i'm trying not to substitute one dopamine creator with another so basically need to ride the snake raw like miles davis did when he got clean off the H the first time

but with a weekend lunchtime corona

or maybe metamucil will become the replacement

we're hanging at my best friends house with him while his wife is away in London...we spent all day yesterday watching football and baseball..for lunch we had arby's delivered and then made an awesome carbonara for dinner with 2 bottles of red..I've pooped 3x so far this morning..

it’s like a performance enhancer

two weeks no coffee

last two days A+ logs

lots of vegetables

dropped a totem pole this morning

been going mostly veg the last couple days

trying to keep red meat to only once every 3-4 days

starting to not even want it

had so much veg yesterday

morning dump today was two twin towers like 1 foot each

clean wipe

i was impressed

and felt patriotic

the next step after psyllium husk supplements, is a bidet

i have been having such clean wipes i might not!

I have now pooped at the Grand Canyon

And got yelled at by the janitor. I guess he was waiting for me to finish so he could mop in my stall and when I flushed someone had started the hand dryer. When I came out of the stall, he said very sternly “flush.” I replied that I did and in an even more dour tone said “flush!” So I went back in and flushed. Then he had to wait to mop the puddle under the hand dryer after I washed my hands.
