This series is difficult because tonights game is the outcome that should have happened the prior 3 games. Again we mostly outplayed them and are the better team. This time the puck just went in the net. Maybe this will get into Allens head and we use the momentum to win at home then completely emotionally disable them back home in St. Louis. Then its ours.
Disclaimer: its MN sports so whatever. Im trying not to get too excited. thats 1 game.

I feel ya, strat. As a lifelong MN sports fan I've learned to disconnect emotionally. I love and celebrate wins and successes, but I don't let losses bother me too much. I shrug it off pretty well. I'll enjoy the ride with the Wild and will be stoked with each win, but if/when they lose I'll just start watching more baseball. Go Twins!

no, im still going to be pissed! Ill get over it soon but I still reserve the right to be pissed and then get back at it next season to have my heart broken again.

nerves were exploding during the 2nd period last night and then like a light switch it wasnt even close
if the pens can keep this up without hagelin or letang it will be an enjoyable post season no matter the outcome
sullivan is so more composed as a coach then johnson was and even disco. as cliche as it is he definitely sets the tone for the team, he doesnt get to down or too high with his emotions regardless of the outcome and i think that keeps the team grounded.
flower has been incredible. while a few shaky holy fuck i cant believe he let that in goals have happened overall he has been incredible but it also helps it was the blue jackets. while a stellar record it wasnt like they were putting up towards the end. close to 2.5.
lets hope leafs/caps go 7
