why? Have you seen the data? Why the crime rate is so high is another question. Poverty surely has something to do with it. Or would you rather ignore the data and just assume everyone is racist, especially blacks because blacks kill blacks more than any other race.

I don't know if its applicable to the Georgia shooting (the details are foggy), but lethal or not, if someone were to attack me with a tazer, I'm blowing their head off. I'm not taking one for the team here.
Though it seems he was just running away in this case?
