yeah, i only saw it once at the cinema and by the end i was really let down with it. Cant really understand why people love it so much.

I saw it twice back in 2015-16. It’s in my final 20 movies I will see from 2014 in the coming two weeks. Absolutely loved it then. Hope I still do.

it has a lot of money, thats the best thing about it. It shows, but the movie is so boring and the stories are so fucking obvious.

Finally watching Wild Tales again.

Amazing opening scene on the plane. Will never forget it.

What's so impressive about it? It really reminds me of the kind of things 18 year olds come up with in their first year of screenwriting class.

I can’t remember seeing anything like it.

Also beautiful film, really shows off the country.

We paused it, because my wife felt it was too violent for her.

We’ve now watched the first 40 minutes of the Russian movie Leviathan.

Leviathan was relentlessly bleak. It can be seen as a criticism of the corruption in the Russian government under Putin, but as a movie, I would have liked some redemption, justice or revenge of some sort. Still a well made movie, glad I saw it.

Back to watching Wild Tales. Would love to see more Ricardo Darin movies. Such a wonderful actor.

go watch The Summit, my favorite movie from him in a long time. Then Nine Queens or The Aura.
