How would you all have judged this if Brookes had been shot in the leg, apprehended and charged with assault (and obviously hospitalised)?
There are degrees of response required and "shoot to kill" shouldn't be first instinct.

Another one just today. It gives me the same feeling as seeing all those Ferguson protestors "mysteriously" being discovered in torched cars with execution-style gunshot wounds.
