I usually get a 50/50 spinach/kale mix. But I had to get separate bags this time bc I was making sandwiches with spinach this week too. Now I have way more than I can get through, gonna be making smoothies for another week.
i need to try the spinach/kale mix. i've gotten into a rhythm using baby spinach--lots of it. i'm likely using way more than necessary.
yeah, that, expect with poop muscles.
