when i drive into work i park at heinz field. during the steeler season there are a row of porta pottys in this parking lot. I was waiting for the T to take me to work when bubble gut hit me. it is literally a 6 minute ride to work and the T was pulling up. I got on the train and before the doors closed I made it back to my car and drove to the porta pottys. there was no way i was penguin walking the whole distance.

i get out and lock my truck and open a porta potty stall about to explode. Homeless person in there.

he yells and i shut the door and go to the next one. I can feel it about to come out and i just pretended i was some where else

been doing tons of snow shoveling and working up an eastern european mine worker appetite

has made for some very diverse fecee as i have come back inside and wolfed down whatever calories - meat, carb, veg - i can find

feel a bit of a turtlehead poking out as i'm typing this

maybe it's a loggerhead en route to the sea

we had chick fil a catered for lunch today

a few nuggets, some mac n cheese and a chicken sandwich

within 30 minutes my bowel swelled to ungodly proportions. what felt like a steady stream of soft serve soon turned into a spigot of watery stench

it kept going. a three flusher before toilet paper was introduced

I haven’t had a decent poo in weeks. Most of my diet is fibrous foods, and I drink plenty of water.
