Correct. In a neighborhood with high rates of crime committed by black people, you should be prepared when pulling over a black person.

I'd never foe'd someone before but I'm a big fan of this feature now.

Needless to say, in a neighborhood with high crime rates by white people, you need to be prepared when pulling them over, also. You'd be stupid or bad at your job to do otherwise.

"Being prepared" does not imply shooting the person without cause, of course. It simply means being prepared.

What Glenn Loury said is "prepared". Be prepared. If you have the experience of white people committing a huge amount of crime around you everyday, as a cop, you should be prepared when pulling them over. You should also be prepared for them being completely innocent and don't make a stupid mistake.

Being a cop is difficult. If done correctly, you are prepared for the worst, but don't misjudge the situation.
