I know, I'm so sorry! My mom mentioned a few weeks ago that there was a package waiting for me, but I completely forgot and was way too busy with work to make it over here.

I'm speechless, guys. This is seriously awesome. Thank you so much. You guys are the best.

:heartbeat:

You guys are so fucking great.
This was painful waiting for you to get it. I was so excited for you and the package was just sitting there!
Seriously. Asher even made a thread about it.

Moments like these make me wish I had a roommate I trusted enough to have mail delivered to my actual address. But I'm pretty sure I'd have seen her wearing it around the apartment a few weeks ago if it would have been sent there.

Haha. I would have never in a million years guessed any of those were aimed at me.

chud did manage to ask me in another thread when the last time I spoke with my parents was.

It's just been super hectic in Orlando since Christmas and it didn't really calm down till this week. Hell, I don't even think I've posted much on RM over the past month or so before I started the LCS Era tournament thread. I knew I had a package waiting for me, but I genuinely had no idea what it could have been.

Bumping this thread for preliminary discussions about the 2015 Tournament since it's still too early to start a thread for it and I feel bad derailing the Rouge Tournament thread...

Hmm. So I think we're tentatively looking at this so far (bear in mind, it won't start till early October, so a lot could change)...

Teams I think we'll have:

American League
Red Sox (chud/numbers)
Tigers (Skitch)
Yankees (Argo)
Rangers (#BRL)
Blue Jays (phil)
White Sox (Lament)

National League
Cardinals (Kaius)
Cubs (TBAMTS)
Braves (CopperTom)
Marlins (4/5)

Also, whoever Ruddo chooses to run (I can't remember if the Orioles or the Mariners were his first choice last time). And hopefully EJ will be in this one again. Oh, and maybe Jorge will be back to avenge his second place finish.

Like I said, I'd like to have two even leagues for this one. That means we need either 12, 16, or 20 teams to have everyone play everyday. If we only have 12 teams, I should be able to do all of the simming. If we get up to 16 or 20 I may have to call in for some backup. We'll allow for a few second teams to fill up whichever league (most likely the NL) needs to filled up, but I think we should wait until everyone who wants in gets to take their desired team.

I'm up for doing a Mets team if we need an extra in the NL.

I'd prefer to not do the Yankees again. I'd like to do the Dodgers, but I'd do whatever.

I'd rather do the O's than the Mariners.

An O's team could be really stacked.
