the one I always went to in Redondo beach was always good and basically no change after amazon came in..they always had decent seafood if I was too lazy to go to the real fish guy at the pier...was always surprised that they didn't sell prime beef

From what I’ve researched, outside of fishmongers, the consistently best seafood can be found at WF or Costco.

Oh no a grocery store in England is reversing course and getting rid of their self checkouts. Having the option to not have to interact with a human is one of the great innovations of this century!

They just opened an Aldi right in front of the Wal-Mart. First one I've ever seen. We're moving on up in the world.

I went over to Lowe’s today to scope out water heaters, so I hit up the grocery store next door for a few items. This is in a more densely populated and lower property value part of town, and it was like Thunderdome in there. People cutting you off, Instacart shoppers pulling around two carts and blocking flow, shelf stockers blocking entire aisles with inventory. Never again.
