Can Congress not amend Section 230 to put requirements on social media under the assumption that they are a public utility?

You want freedom from liability, then you must do A, B, and C for the public good.

Seems like there is a spectrum between [No liability. No rules] <--------> [Sue the fuck out of Facebook for everything!]

Why bother at this point? Social media is already working to censor everyone you are ideologically opposed to.

Section 230 was mostly about formalizing what direction the courts were already leaning in.
